The next step was to power down and pull one drive out and restart the NAS. When it came back up, the same problem persisted-access to the web interface, but no data. I began troubleshooting by restarting the NAS through the web interface. I noticed the problem when Windows 7 showed the drive crossed out in Windows Explorer as though the location no longer existed. I can get to the web interface, but I cannot see any information on the system. However, my current problem is that I cannot access the information on the NAS.
